Testing protocols: what happens before a bottle earns the label

The facility

Sugar Reset is produced in a US facility that is registered with the FDA and operates under current Good Manufacturing Practices. cGMP is not a marketing word; it is a rulebook covering equipment qualification, batch records, cleaning validation and personnel training, audited on a schedule. The facility blends, fills and seals every 60 mL bottle; it does not decide whether a run ships. That call waits for the laboratory.

Five screens on every run

• Identity, by HPLC. Chromatographic fingerprinting confirms each named active is actually the plant or compound on the label; run C26-SRD-0389 returned an active purity of 99.08% (HPLC-UV).
• Potency consistency. The blend is checked for batch-to-batch consistency against the manufacturer's own specification, dropper to dropper.
• Heavy metals, by ICP-MS. Lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury; the current run screens below 0.4 ppm (icp-ms).
• Microbiology. Total counts, yeast and mold, and specified organisms under USP 61 and 62 methods; the current run reads: pass, usp 61 and 62 methods.
• Pesticide panel. Botanical lots are screened at intake for common pesticide residues before they ever reach the blending tank.

The screens are performed by Bexley Analytical Services, LLC, an independent, ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. Independence matters for the same reason it does in accounting: the entity paid to pass a batch should not be the entity that made it.

Where the six actives come from

Sourcing is chosen for track record, then verified at intake regardless of the supplier's paperwork. Gymnema leaf comes from established growers in southern India, where the plant is a traditional crop. Maca root is Peruvian, from high-altitude farms that have grown it for generations. Green tea leaf extract originates in East Asian tea gardens with catechin-standardized processing. African mango seed is wild-collected in West and Central Africa under supplier agreements. Panax ginseng aerial parts come from dedicated Asian ginseng farms, and the chromium picolinate is synthesized to USP-grade specification domestically. Every incoming lot is quarantined until identity testing clears it; certificates from suppliers are treated as claims to check, not proof.

Allergens and what is not in the bottle

The formula is non-GMO, vegetarian, dairy free and naturally gluten free, with no added stimulants. It is produced on lines managed under an allergen-control program; if you manage a severe allergy, write to us first and we will answer plainly rather than reassure vaguely.

The paper trail you can pull

The output of all of this, batch identity, purity figure, metals and micro results, is summarized in certificate BAS-26-COA-2114 and published on the lot verification page, where any buyer can match a carton to the run in under a minute. That is the whole design: the process here, the receipt there, and nothing you have to take on faith.
