- Window. Refund requests are accepted up to 60 calendar days from the date of purchase shown on the order confirmation.
- Use condition. Requests are honored after the product has been given at least 30 days of use from delivery. Requests inside the first 30 days are scheduled rather than refused: we log them and complete the refund once the condition is met or waived at our discretion.
- How to request. Email [email protected] with the subject Refund and the order number. The refund desk replies within one business day with a return authorization and the return address.
- Returns. All bottles from the order, opened or not, are returned in one parcel with the authorization noted. Return postage is the buyer's; tracked shipping is recommended. Parcels without authorization cannot be matched to orders and are processed last.
- Amount and timing. The product purchase price is refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days of the return scanning in. Original shipping fees, where charged, are not refundable.
- Scope. One refund per household per order cycle. The pledge covers purchases made through sugarzreset.com only; bottles bought through marketplaces or any other channel never enter our order system and cannot be refunded by us.
- Chargebacks. Talk to us first: the refund desk exists to make disputes unnecessary, and a chargeback filed mid-process pauses the refund it duplicates.
