The mineral: chromium picolinate
Chromium is the formula's backbone and the one ingredient here with a federal fact sheet of its own. The NIH describes its role in potentiating insulin action and in normal macronutrient metabolism; supplemental research typically uses the picolinate form for its absorption characteristics[1]. The botanicals, briefly and without poetry

How a liquid carries six actives
The base is unglamorous on purpose: purified water and vegetable glycerin, a food-grade carrier that keeps the botanical extracts evenly suspended and gives the drops their faintly sweet, mild taste without any sugar worth counting.
